Tortilla Roll-Ups

  • Tortillas
  • Copperpot Chunky Red Pepper with Cashews and Parmesan/Tzatziki dip (either flavour can be used)
  • Chopped salami
  • Semi-dried tomatoes
  • Spread 4 tortillas with Copperpot Chunky Red Pepper with Cashews and Parmesan/Tzatziki dip (either flavour can be used), sprinkle with chopped salami and semi-dried tomatoes.
  • Roll up tightly, wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for a few hours.
  • When ready to serve, remove plastic wrap and cut into 1cm rounds.
