Seafood Linguini

Seafood Linguini

  • 1 x 175g tub of Amazing Chilli Crab with Chives & Red Pepper
  • 500g Linguine (or pasta of choice)
  • Small head of Broccoli, cut into florets
  • 350g-500g uncooked prawns
  • 1 small red onion, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon minced chilli (optional)
  • 100g pine nuts
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • ½ cup white wine (or water)
  • ½ cup cream
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Fresh Dill to garnish
  • Pan fry onion, garlic and chilli in a little oil.
  • Add prawn meat, broccoli pieces, Copperpot Chilli Crab with Chives & Red Pepper, wine and cream - simmer gently for 15 minutes.
  • Toss in most of the pine nuts and season with salt and pepper. Heat through.
  • Cook and drain the pasta of your choice, mix with sauce and serve, garnished with extra pine nuts and a sprinkling of chopped fresh dill.
